Why Rei matters
Rei is deliberately treated as a later discovery. The useful early-game advice is simple: keep progressing the family quests and stop spending whole nights searching areas the story has not opened.

From first meeting to marriage
Talk, complete connected family quests, and give gifts whose reactions you have actually verified.
Invite the character at four hearts. Read the instructions and arrive on time; a failed date can reduce progress.
The proposal becomes available through the dating route. You can date multiple people first, but marry only one.
The spouse moves to the farm and receives an additional relationship event. The launch version does not include children.

The official Steam roster confirms the portrait and romance availability. First appearance and role information is cross-checked against launch guides. Exact daily schedules and gift lists are intentionally not invented where launch-week testing remains incomplete.
