Who they are
Kim is intentionally absent from the earliest town routine. The Hosu characters are presented as discoveries rather than first-night introductions, so a spoiler-light guide should tell you when to stop searching rather than invent a location.
Where to find them
Do not waste opening-spring nights searching every shoreline. Continue the main family quests and unlock later areas; the map will begin showing the relevant portrait after the introduction.
