Who they are
Fiona initially reads as aloof and uninterested in anyone outside her coven. Her distance is not the whole story: relationship scenes gradually show that the feud around her is personal, exhausting, and tied to the wider history of Moonlight Peaks.
Where to find them
She is available from the opening spring. Open the town map and follow her portrait marker rather than waiting in one building; residents move as weather, quests, and evening routines change.
