Do this in order
- Step 1
Complete the Webb family story until the Webb Crest is awarded.
- Step 2
Take the crest to the Crest Garden and inspect the unused pedestals.
- Step 3
Place the Webb Crest and remain in the garden until the confirmation scene ends.
