Do this in order
- Step 1
Obtain the fishing rod and unlock the area or conditions where a Missing can appear.
- Step 2
Fish during the required location, season, weather or time window shown by your fish tracker.
- Step 3
Land the catch completely; hooking it and losing the minigame does not count.
Prepare before you start
Unlock the required tool, form or region first. Carry food and leave inventory space so a successful catch or collectible is actually recorded.
