Do this in order
- Step 1
Enter every named region at least once; seeing it through fog or on a map is not enough.
- Step 2
Revisit story-gated areas such as late shores, caves or lunar zones after they unlock.
- Step 3
Walk beyond each loading boundary until the location title appears, then check the map for any still-hidden region.
Prepare before you start
Unlock the required tool, form or region first. Carry food and leave inventory space so a successful catch or collectible is actually recorded.
