Do this in order
- Step 1
Continue the main story until the route to Luna Bay is no longer blocked.
- Step 2
Follow the map marker through the newly opened path.
- Step 3
Cross the area boundary far enough for the Luna Bay location name to appear; simply standing near the entrance may not count.

Do not begin until the related system or story area is unlocked. Keep the achievement condition visible while you play, and save before seasonal or one-night attempts.
