Do this in order

Advance the Henderson story until their move-in or housing objective appears.
- Step 2
Complete the required build, delivery and dialogue steps shown in the quest tracker.
- Step 3
Sleep once after the final hand-in, then visit the new home area to confirm the family has officially arrived.
